This Exceptionally Special Pin is a Cast Acknowledgment pin for Cast Members who work at Walt Disney World and have showed that they put all others above all else. To get this, the cast member must be very exceptional. This pin is given out to cast members at a ceremonial presentation only 4 times a year with a plaque.
