Front Description
A classic white-face Mickey and Minnie Mouse are shown holding hands and deeply in love on this early design. It is part of a series of both pins and other jewelry (key chains, charms, etc.) that featured this pose. A simple non-dangle version of this pin is (#1087).
Mickey (right, facing left) looks lovingly into the eyes of Minnie (left, facing right), with tiny red hearts above their heads. Some alterations from standard costuming, Mickey has white shoes; Minnie has green shoes, yellow plain dress and yellow flower coming from her hat. The background is a white heart on gold metal. This is the dangler portion of the pin. Thee upper portion is a rather detailed gold ribbon tied in a bow.
The gold-metal pin measures 1 1/16" (27 mm) wide by 1 3/8" (35 mm) tall. The bow has the fastener, which is a straight back with clasp.
There are 11 different versions of this pin; all with simiarl artwork and white heart shape...size and some colors differ.
