Like all of the other Champion Pins, this pin is awarded by a Cast Member Manager to a Cast Member for fostering the spirit of pin trading above and beyond the norm. This series of pins started with the Fall 2000 release, this is the 6th pin in this series. Each pin is identical in design, all using Mickey Mouse as the main character, with only the color scheme to differentiate the pins.
Interesting sidenote: while the card the pin comes on reads Cast Recognition Award Winter 2002," the background pattern on the card still has the Official 2001 Pin Trading logo.
