HKDL released a new set of pins for the Chinese New Year. This pin features Pluto. Pluto is wearing a blue cap and a blue dog collar with a medal which has his name PLUTO on it. A Chinese word which means fortune is dangled at the center of the pin. The word was turned upside-down so that it means fortune or luck has arrived. A tassel is attached.
