One of 11 real-cloisonne MICKEY ICON FLAGS pins, released in 1997 and used through 1999, representing the different countries found in the WDW EPCOT World Showcase.
This pin features the flag of GERMANY.
These 11 pins have been re-released many times since the original cloisonne versions came out in 1997. After the 2000 Hand in Hand logo appeared (still real cloisonne), there were a number of synthetic versions in different sizes and with different backstamps. Please check the dimensions and back of your pin carefully and match to each one's PinPics Back Description before cataloguing.
Some signs to spot a counterfeit version: A super-shiny glossy paint which often has dips. The silver metal is really dull in color and lightweight.
