This button was given out to attendees to D23's 2013 Disney Fanniversary Celebration. This is different from Pin 90292, that one is for the 2012 Fanniversary.

 

This round button shows Chip and Dale.

Chip is on Dales shoulders, he is holding the Fanniversary 2013 pennant. Around the white boarder it reads: The Official Disney Fan Club. on the right of the button it has the D23 logo.
