This is a 2006 Chinese New Year pin from Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL). Mickey and Minnie stand on either side of a sign/banner which says "Everything with Good Luck". Minnie has a pink/fuschia flower in her hair. Mickey has a paintbrush in his hand. They are in Chinese dress. The background of the sign is red sparkle/glitter.
