Mickey is wearing red shorts and bright yellow shoes. He's holding a black and white clapboard with text "ACTION" on it. Text "Disney MGM STUDIOS" is at the bottom in black. There's a small red mickey head between MGM and Studios. As this is an open edition pin which was re-released many times, there may be many different back stamps (especially with the years).
