This is an enameled Lanyard/Strap clip. Built like a pin, it has a special clip on the back that allows it to slide onto your strap or lanyard. Available during the "Spring Voyage 2013" event at TDS on March 18-May 10, 2013. Minnie Mouse is holding ShellieMay and surrounded by flowers.
In 2012, Tokyo DisneySea replaced their "Spring Carnival" with “Mickey and Duffy’s Spring Voyage". It centered around Mickey, Minnie, Duffy, and ShellieMay voyaging to three ports in the park to see how spring was celebrated around TDS. Each location had their own show: Mediterranean Harbor (Italy), American Waterfront (New York), and the Arabian Coast. Dates for the "Spring Voyage" events: 4/3-6/30/2012, 3/18-6/30/2013, and 4/2-6/23/2014. The "Spring Voyage" event was replaced by the "Duffy's Easter Fair" event.
