Pin appears to have been issued at an event at TDR called "Disneyana Fan Festival".

 

Pin appears to be very ornate with jewels/sparkle elements. Shaped as a cup/chalice with a Mickey Icon shaped top portion. Appears to have a keyhole in the center and is topped with a Sorcerer hat.
