PP9637    DLP - Disneyland Hotel Pin and Coin Set

Pin for the Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Paris. The pin shows the skyline of the hotel in red, pink and gold against a cream background. Tinker Bell -- in gold silhouette -- hovers above. Type across the top and bottom reads "Disneyland Hotel".

This pin is signed "(c)Disney - Ananas" in the back and is very similar to Pin 1762: Paris Disneyland Hotel.

In fact I added that pin because of the fact that this set includes a beautiful silver coin with Disneyland and the castle on one side and all the different parts of Disneyland on the back. I have been told that this pin was given to cast members on the opening of the hotel but can't see any details of this on the pin. Nothing on the pin indicates that this pin comes from Disneyland Paris and I wonder if it is the case as Disneyland Paris was called Eurodisney at the beginning and all the pins coming from there normally have a writing in the back saying Paris.... if you know more please feel free to let me know.
