A very cute little pin from Tokyo.
On it we can notice Mickey as a baby on a baby BLUE (!) elephant. it seems that there are several pins in this series.
Disney Adventure is written in a small box at the bottom of that pin.

Appears to be a color variation on pin 7157 which has a green saddle on the elephant.
