A very cute little pin from Tokyo.
On it we can notice Mickey as a baby with a baby crocodile (!) or is it an alligator ?. it seems that there are several pins in this series.
Disney Adventure is written in a small box at the bottom of that pin.

This appears to be a color variation on pin 7156, Mickey's shirt is a different color.
