This pin is part of a six pin set released over three weeks. This pin was released the second week along with HSS. This pin was also available as a Purchase with purchase for $5 provided you purchased another Monster's product at time of sale.
The card is grey with DS logo in top left and on the bottom Sulley (left) and Mike (right) and comes in a thick clear plastic sleeve.
