This pin is a Cast Member exclusive pin given out to employees of Buena Vista Home Entertainment at a sales meeting and other recognition events.
The pin is about 1/2" X 3/4" and is gold in color. It features the castle logo from older Buena Vista Home Video releases. It has a rainbow half circle around the top of the castle looking like a rainbow or shooting star. The castle has stripes across the front of the castle in the same gold color. I think the pin is from the 1990's
