Celebrating Tokyo Disney Resort's 30th Anniversary. This is the second group of pins that will be issued throughout the year approximately 6 at a time. This pin is Mickey Mouse "1991 Carnival".

 

Mickey is dressed in in a carnival-like outfit, green/blue jacket, maracas in both hands. Wording is "1991" on bottom on pin.
