One of eight pins from the 2013 Goofy Short Sports set of Hidden Mickey pins that was released in Wave B at Walt Disney World. Each elliptical pin features one character, Disney’s own Goofy, engaging in different sporting activities, as he appeared in various animated shorts. The unenameled backgrounds have a sandblasted pebble finish with a thick rim. The small Hidden Mickey icon is in different places on these silver backgrounds. Pins were originally only available by trading with a cast member. In July 2013, pouches containing two random 2013 Hidden Mickey pins were available to purchase for $10.95.
This silver Chaser pin features Goofy in gentleman's riding attire (consisting of a top hat, jacket, and pants) like in the “How to Ride a Horse” cartoon short. He’s riding a horse and holding a crop in one hand, the reins in the other. The Hidden Mickey icon is on the right side of the pin.
The five common pins include Goofy playing football and basketball, skiing, swimming, and riding a horse. Skiing and Horseback Riding are repeated on the two silver Chaser pins. Goofy boxing is on the Completer pin.
