This limited release pin features Huey dressed as Lock from The Nightmare Before Christmas. He has an orange trick or treat candy bag and Lock's devil mask. The pin has a ghost with the words "Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party 2013" on it and there is a large full moon in the background, with bats flying in the moonlight. The moon has glow in the dark paint fill! In the background is the New Fantasyland Cinderella Castle gate.
