This is a hinged pin of the clock in the opening credits of the movie "The Nightmare Before Christmas". The clock face on the door glows, and the door opens to reveal a vampire inside.
1 1/2" h x 3/4" w (open pin is 1 1/2" w). The back is sand-textured silver, with the following backstamp:
