This is a recognition pin given to cast members of The Walt Disney Travel Company in Anaheim for being a top performer for the month. "MAGIC Measures" is the term for Disney’s performance scale that the WDTC cast members are rated on:
M – Make the reservation
A – Add personal service
G – Great guest service
I – Inform & educate guest on services
C – Customize package
This pin shows a very cool, laid back-looking Stitch. He has his arms folded and is leaning his right side against a box which reads "MAGIC Measures" against a white background. At the bottom of the pin (it looks as if he is sitting on it) it reads "2011" in a box with a dark blue background.
The pin is gold metal, sandblast finish with two posts (vertically oriented). On the back it reads:
