This is a recognition pin given to cast members of The Walt Disney Travel Company in Anaheim for being a top performer for the month. "MAGIC Measures" is the term for Disney’s performance scale that the WDTC cast members are rated on:
M – Make the reservation
A – Add personal service
G – Great guest service
I – Inform & educate guest on services
C – Customize package
This pin shows the iconic Mouseketeers "mouse ears hat" resting atop a box which reads "MAGIC Measures" against a light blue background. At the bottom right of the pin it reads "2011" in a box with a turquoise blue background.
