This is a thick multi-layered pin: Oogie Boogie is set in a "stained-glass" moon in the bottom layer; the copper-toned frame with Lock & Shock is all a raised pin-on-pin element; Barrel, with one of the Jack-o-Lanterns, is a swivel element on top of that (n.b. this is a swivel element but it does not fully rotate).
