When we met him for the tour, he gave us each this "special" pin and said they are very rare and he never gives them out. He even told us not to trade it unless there is something extra special that we see/want.
The pin has the 2011 Disney Pin Trading stamp on the back with a smooth back. There is no indication that this is a Cast pin or a Limited Edition, but considering this was given backstage by a Cast Member, this very well could be a Cast-only pin.
They came in clear wrappers with the ends stapled together and had a Made In China sticker on the bag.
