Celebrating Tokyo Disney Resort's 30th Anniversary. This is the third group of pins that will be issued throughout the year approximately 6 at a time. This pin is Mickey Mouse "2001 Grand Opening". I would assume that this is for the opening of Tokyo Disney Sea (TDS).

 

Mickey appears to be dressed in a naval captain/sailor outfit, he has a telescope under his left arm. Wording is "2001" on the bottom of pin.
