Special lanyard and tag from the September 2013 Member Cruise.

 

Lanyard is Maroon with "Disney Vacation Club Member Cruise September 2013" written on it. It also includes the event DVC logo. Has a sliding medal cover on it, that looks like the farewell gift pin. Inside the pouch that attaches to the lanyard is a card that says "Official Member Cruise Message Decoder" on the front and has flags matching to letters on the back.
