This Coca-Cola promotional pin was released,I believe,around 1976 (?) for the Olympics. The Patriotic American Eagle featured on this pin was designed by the Disney studios as the mascot for the Olympics that this pin commemorates.He rests holding the Olympic torch on the right top of a Coca-Cola can that lies horizontaly.Measuring in at aprox. 1 inch by 1 inch,this sweet little pin has been in my collection since it was released.
The name of the Mascot for the 1984 Olympics is Sam the Eagle. This pin came out well after the LA Olympics was over and is almost certainly a bootleg.
