His cap has fallen off as well and he's rubbing the top of his head which has just been hit by [something?] dropped by dale who is standing on top of the counter of the cart. A Free D element of a red/white striped box of popcorn is at the center of the pin, it can be rotated left and right, and when it's tilted right, it looks like chip (on the ground) is running forward towards donald to catch the box
