This pin is part of a Classic Characters Concert surprise pin series that will be released at Disneyland at random times during 2014. The characters come from the 1935 cartoon short, "The Band Concert". These characters can also be found as part of the theming on Silly Symphony Swings in DCA.
This pin features Horace Horsecollar. His left hand with the drum stick is raised in a pin on pin element and can move up and down. A music staff can be seen behind him and the other pins in the series can be lined up to form a scene.
