Front Description
One of seven pins from the 2014 It’s a Small World set of Hidden Mickey pins that was released in Wave A at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. Each cut-out pin is loosely based on a different Small World doll with a sign that says Hello and/or Goodbye in their own language. The small Hidden Mickey icon can be found in different places on each pin. Pins were originally only available by trading with a cast member. In 2014, pouches containing two random 2014 Hidden Mickey pins were available to purchase for $12.99.
This pin features a smiling Japanese girl with a sign at the bottom of her dress that says KONNICHIWA. (Konnichiwa is used for both Hello and Goodbye!) This doll is staring straight ahead with her arms widespread. She’s wearing a traditional Japanese dress, and her black hair is cut in a straight bob. The Hidden Mickey icon appears on the side of her left sleeve.
The five common pins (released at both parks) include a Polynesian boy, Jose Carioca from Mexico, Peter Pan from the United Kingdom, a Japanese girl and puppet Pinocchio from Italy.
