Requesting a 2025 Trusted Trader Pin?

If you have received twenty-five positive feedbacks in the 2025 calendar year and have not requested your LE Trusted Trader pin, then now is the time to count up and request your badge! In order to qualify, please contact @TheTwins before January 31, 2026. After that, we will only be working on the 2026 program. Pin supply is limited.

For all of us who enjoy pin trading, whether online or in person, it's important to feel confident about the person you're trading with. Feedback ratings are a great way to learn about potential trading partners, so it's important to leave feedback every time you trade! Earning a PinPics Trusted Trader** award gives you not only a reputation for being a good trader, but you'll receive a limited-edition, individually-numbered pin for your collection.

Earning your badge is as easy as 1-2-3! Well, it's actually more like 1-2-25. To become a Trusted Trader, you only need to receive 25 or more Positive Feedback ratings (per calendar year*) here on PinPics. Keeping track of that can be done in your account Profile under the Feedback tab. You'll find a nifty counter on the right, where you'll find your Feedback numbers for 3, 6, and 12 months. BUT, the pin is only earned once you've hit 25 positive FBs in a CALENDAR YEAR!

While our next member appears to only need eight more to receive their pin, the fact is that only 10 of these FBs have been left for them in the first six months of the year. They will have to earn 15 more positive feedbacks before the end of the year to qualify. Remember, the award is based on a CALENDAR YEAR, not "the last 12 months", as shown in your profile.

Once you've hit the 25 mark IN THE CURRENT CALENDAR YEAR, just send a PM to @TheTwins to request your pin and badge. Please make sure to include your mailing address! Don't stop there, though. Maybe you can find a pinpal and make a game of it!

*The slate is cleared every year on New Year's Day, and the fun begins again. Only one Trusted Trader pin per member per year.

** This badge must be earned and is only awarded to members who receive 25 positive feedbacks in a calendar year and have no Negative or Neutral feedbacks.
