This listing is for the 8TRAX pin from the Pleasure Island Mystery Set (#107767).
This pin features the 8TRAX logo with the 70's style color pattern to each figure, turquoise 8, yellow T, orange R, red A, and purple X. The letters were even elongated similar to doodle or printing methods used for the era. 8TRAX was a 1970s and 1980s themed dance club. It closed on September 27, 2008. The club opened in 1994, replacing Videopolis East, which had opened in 1989, playing new wave music on 170 video screens. In 1990 it was renamed Cage, adding more progressive music before closing in 1993.
Back of pin reads Walt Disney Imagineering Imagineer Exclusive Limited Edition 250 and has the sorcerer hat logo waffle pattern. SKU printed on the pin is P923-3170-4-14723.
Released at the D23 Event "Attraction Rewind" held at WDW November 21 - 23. Pin was at the Mickey of Glendale D23 shop that was set up for the Event.
