This pin was available in two sets. 

 

The first set was a cast exclusive framed set. It was one of six pins included as part of a set to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Disneyland in 1995 (PP27779). The framed set was given to Cast Members. Individual pins were not numbered, but the back of the framed set was numbered.

 

The second set was Disneyland's Alumni Club Happiest Reunion on Earth set (PP22631). It was one of three pins included in a plastic case commemorating the event held on July 16, 1995. 

 

The pin depicts Mickey Mouse facing left as he sits waving on the inside of the zero that read 40 YEARS OF ADVENTURE (in an orange/yellow blend). Beneath that reads DISNEYLAND (lower right), with a black-and-white rendering of the Sleeping Beauty Castle at the top. The background is white with gold trim. The epoxy coating has yellowed with age.
