Looks similar to Pin 76626: DLR - Precious Moments - it's a small world. This pin, howere is a limited edition pin of 250. Back reads:

Pin has two posts(one behind the girl's head and one behind the "Small World" happy face).
Pin measures 3" wide at the widest point (the base) and 2 3/4" tall at the tallest point (the right-hand flag at the top of the Small World building).
I don't know much else about the pin as I got it in a trade with Scoop at WDW Magic Kingdom Main Street one Sunday morning. When I asked him about it, he admitted that he didn't know much about it. He thought it might have come from a Precious Moments event.
